The GCC stone, marble and ceramics market, valued at $5.4bn in 2015, is forecasted to grow by 5.6% in 2016 according to BNC Construction Intelligence and projects in Saudi Arabia have a large part to play in this.

A lot of this growth has come about as a result of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud’s National Transformation Program 2020 and National Vision 2030 which has led to a series of hospitality, infrastructure and urban construction project announcements this year.

Stone and Surface Saudi Arabia is the only event in the Kingdom dedicated to connecting interior and exterior surface material and machinery suppliers with the decision makers responsible for specifying and procuring them.

This includes materials such as natural stone, ceramic, contract flooring options and wall covering solutions as well as the machinery involved in quarrying, producing and cutting these materials.
