eHDF was named 'Best New Data Centre' and 'Best Colocation Provider' while Yasser Zeineldin, CEO, eHosting DataFort, was awarded 'CEO of the Year' for his work in guiding the company to become the market leader in providing high quality hosting and managed services to a worldwide customer base.

Under Zeineldin's leadership, eHDF has doubled its customer base,, delivered customized solutions that cater to diverse customer needs and gained the highest levels of global certifications including BS-25999, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001. Organised annually by the BroadGroup, as part of the Data Centre Strategies Middle East conference, the awards were presented to eHDF at a ceremony held in Dubai.

The award for the 'Best New Data Centre' comes on the back of eHDF's announcement of its new data centre facility at the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) in Dubai. The soon to be inaugurated hybrid Tier-2 and Tier-3 state-of-the-art data centre has been built using the latest and most innovative technologies, including a self-regulated cooling system. The new facility will allow full redundancy, high density computing and disaster recovery and business continuity seats.

eHDF was also awarded the 'Best Colocation Provider' for its decade long history of serving the diverse and customised needs of clients.
